
Shasha Tian is a research assitant of Nature AI Lab. She received her M.Eng. in Urban Planning from Tongji University and her M.Sc. in Urban Planning and Policy Design from the Polytechnic University of Milan. She also holds a B.Sc. in Human Geography and Urban–Rural Planning from Sun Yat-sen University. Her research focuses on the interdisciplinary application of spatial analysis, big data, and artificial intelligence in urban and regional planning. Her interests span cultural and tourism research, transportation planning and environmental sustainability.
