Preferred Background

  • Type A — Urban planning, GIS, landscape, human geography, or architecture; strong interest in ML / quantitative methods
  • Type B — CS, data science, statistics, or engineering; strong interest in urban / environmental applications
  • Evidence of coding ability (GitHub, coursework) appreciated
  • Prior publications a plus, not required for junior roles
